1. Conception stage I
the customer defines an individual requirement profile for his installation. A team of G+R engineers elaborates an individual solution on a CAD-basis and submits creative and functional proposals for the plant design. Mutual agreement with the customers and design adaption, if necessary.

2. Optimization stage I
The design results are subject to intensive tests by means of CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and FEM (Finite Element Methods). Parameters such as design, geometrical plant components, flows, physical properties and chemical reactions will be scientifically analysed and evaluated.

3. Conception stage II
The results of the test series will be included in the detailed planning. A plant optimization strategy will be developed. The planning will be adapted and dimensioned to the highest possible degree of efficiency. I.e. increased quality and production output as well as shortened start-up times during production.

4. Expansion phase
All plant components are directly delivered by G+R. Interface problems due to inadequate equipment of various manufacturers can thus be excluded from the very beginning. G+R installs the entire plant right at the customer`s and guarantees a smooth initial start-up.

5. Optimization phase II
G+R ensures a considerably quicker start-up of the plant compared to the conventional procedure. An online-analysis system containing all input- and output process values is used. This scientific method enables to quickly reach maximum values concerning plant performance and efficiency.

6. Production phase
In order to be able to guarantee maximum functionality of the installation. G+R carries out all maintenance activities as well as the complete after-sales service.
